Academic Technology

The primary objective of Academic Technology is to provide end-user training and support and maximizing academic uses of technology at Gallaudet University including but not limited to online learning, help desk, streaming video resources, video production, and classroom technology/media services. Academic Technology has five offices: Director's Office, eLearning, Help Desk, Media, and Classroom Technology, Video Services, and Web Programming and Video Support Services.

Working collaboratively with Clerc Center Technology Services and Information Technology Services, Academic Technology provides technology support to the community through an integrated campus-wide helpdesk (http://helpdesk.gallaudet.edu).

Our Mission

Academic Technology provides instructional and technical support for Gallaudet's online learning and academic systems and is dedicated to enhancing the Gallaudet community's academic success through uses of technology.
