This is the maxim of the Center for Global Education and Scholar Services (GESS). The GESS offers a broad range of services and activities for students, faculty and professionals at Gallaudet University with a view to maximizing their learning and expertise through the provision of qualitative opportunities to apply their knowledge internationally.

Additionally, there are various opportunities for visiting students, scholars, researchers and professionals who are interested in coming to Gallaudet University for an array of short-term programs.

Gallaudet University strongly encourages students to study in various nations throughout the world in order to experience the holistic gamut of international perspectives. There are opportunities for non-degree students, scholars and professionals from other countries who wish to come for short-term studies, conduct research or enhance their educational opportunities by taking advantage of Gallaudet University‘s resources on Deafness.
