The D.C. Department of Transportation (DDOT) will hold an Open House to discuss plans for a city streetcar on Tuesday, November 3, 7-8:30 p.m., at Luke Moore Academy, 1001 Monroe St., NE. This project is creating a lot of buzz as DDOT shares information about the proposed D.C. streetcar system plan, which includes a proposal for a connection to Gallaudet. 

The Open House will consist of display boards, maps, information about the proposed system, and opportunities for participants to speak individually with and ask questions of project team members. The public is invited and no RSVP is necessary.

Sign language interpreters will be provided by DDOT.
