Alnoe Tabanera Paler will give a presentation on Wednesday, November 4, noon-2 p.m., JSAC G-Area, about his life as a deaf Filipino photographer. He has received many local and international awards for his photography work. An exhibit will be shown 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
