Raschelle Theoharis Ph.D

SHORT BIOGRAPHY

Raschelle Theoharis has a Ph.D in Special Education and a Master's in Deaf Education from the University of Kansas, and a BS in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from William Jewell College. She has taught pre-k-12th grade in a variety of settings. Before coming to Gallaudet, Raschelle taught course at Barton College in NC.
