Institutional Advancement

The Division of Institutional Advancement aims to develop and nourish financial and public support for Gallaudet University through careful alumni development, community and public relations programs, and strategic fund-raising efforts. This integrated unit is responsible for facilitating communications both internally and externally to key constituencies in hopes of building long-term voluntary relationships that stimulates greater understanding and support for the institution.

Board of Associates
An integral part of the Institutional Advancement team is the Board of Associates made up of business and philanthropic leaders. The members help the University develop a high-quality network of employers and benefactors who, through their support, ensure the future success of Gallaudet and of individual students.

Gallaudet University Alumni Association (GUAA)
Gallaudet alumni are loyal and devoted to their alma mater. The GUAA has fifty-two chapters in the United States and around the world. The Alumni Relations office works closely with the GUAA on efforts including fundraising, student recruitment, Homecoming & Class Reunions, and much more.
