Student NOTES: All Gallaudet students are required to adhere to Consortium policies both designed by Gallaudet University as well at all institutions within the Consortium Program.
Consortium students pay their home school tuition but must pay all course, parking, transportation, material and library fees themselves. All courses that have special fees will have a 'transcript block' set on their record until the visited school officially renders the account status cleared.
Opportunities to take additional consortium courses are contingent on successful performance in the student's currently enrolled consortium course.
Students who are enrolled in consortium member institutions are able to attend certain classes at the other campuses and have the credit considered as resident credit at their own institutions.
The Registrar's Office will provide interpreter information with the consortium cross registration to the visited school to be submitted to the student support office at the consortium school.
Consortium courses cannot be audited.
Payment of tuition for consortium courses will be made at the rate of and to the student's home campus.
For more information about the consortium program registration procedures please feel free to contact: Barbara Proctor.
*Students with negative campus judicial concerns will not be able to complete the request/pre-registration process.
